Students, faculties, and other members of the higher education (HEd) system are increasingly reliant on various information technologies. Such a reliance results in plethora data that can be explored to obtain relevant statistics or insights. Another reason explore is acquire valuable insight regarding novel unstructured forms discovered often found have connection with elements social media such as pictures, videos, Web pages, audio files, etc. Moreover, bring additional benefits when processed context HEd. When used strategically, Big Data (BD) provides educational institutions chance improve quality from all perspectives steer students HEd toward rates completion. Further, this will student persistence results, which facilitated by technology. With aim, current research proposes framework analyzes collected heterogeneous sources using BD analytics tools do types analysis beneficial for different learners, faculties system. also focuses challenges acquiring sources.
